VirtECS^® Star

VirtECS^® STAR (Scheduling Tool Allocating Resources) is a system for managing resource usage and capacity planning data, and using activity-based plans to estimate resource utilization. Within any given function there may be a large number of projects or compounds competing for resources. It's one thing to be able to know that a given resource is a bottleneck, but another thing to be able to effectively remove that bottleneck. VirtECS^® STAR has the capability to not only locate constrained resources, but to do resource leveling between projects, or to optimally generate a schedule based on project priority and milestone constraints.
